I've seen the photos in various places on the internet. They are taken from a genuine eBay UK auction from around last October. I think the camera and lens sold for about GB£2600 which made it a good deal, although, as is indicated, both camera and lens needed attention.

I found the original listing, which I think was genuine. The writing style of the listing is consistent with those of other items she has listed.
