Cool concept... like the multiformat options.
But I'm not liking the shutter release position. A cable release type would have been better. The wire on the side of the camera looks sketchy. And the lenses are fit for the price I suppose, a bit weak.

I bet the build quality is rubbish. Id like to handle one before I buy really with this but I really want one based on the photos, the few no 'lomo' style shots look great.

I like the idea too. My problem is the 'lomography' part of it. I am not sure what to expect from the lens(es) sharpness-wise.
EDIT: I have just checked out the images on the bottom. Indeed - no need to worry about the image quality. This camera seems to have been made for ... well ... lomography 😎
Now - where is that folding bessa 6x12 with 80/4.5 lens ? 😉
EDIT-2: OK, one should not expect too much for €300. Still - kudos to them - it burns 120 film after all 🙂

BUT, my Lomography cameras, especially my LC-W had much better IQ than those "hipsteristic" sample shots Lomo posted.

They are not very forthcoming on details. No info on the lens, what aperture, can it be selected or is it a fixed aperture lens?
Also don't care for electronic control of shutter speed, would rather have manual selection. My guess is that it is a plastic, 2 element lens with a fixed f11 aperture. Might as well get their other all plastic 120 pano Holga.

Looks to take its design clues from the original 6x9cm Plaubel Makina. If the lens is all soft anyway, I'd rather take the classic Makina, I think🙂. 6x12 is cool though.

On lens barrel you see the infinity, 3m, 1.5m and 1m marks, and f/8, f/16 aperture settings.

Yeah. f8 is not the deal killer for me. Its the Lomo part. They are fun, but too fun for me, if I cant count on my camera then I wont shoot with it.
Prolly gonna get it from aftermarket if the images look nice.

I made a fixed focus length 6x12 (truthfully closer to 6x14) from a Holga 120 PAN and a 90mm Grandagon. It is a little cumbersome, but the results are fine. I typically crop a bit to 6x17.

steve, i was just about to post that i did the exact same thing! or am in the process of doing right now with a graflex optar 90/6.8! it should be done in a couple weeks, camera $100, lens $50 plus probsbly another $100 labor...should be smahsing if your wonderful result is duplicated!

And, whatever the body, I'm one who would mount a 'non-special-effects' lens. But whatever one's preference, the more in the market for 120 the better :angel: .

I hope they sell heaps of them so the hipsters can burn 120 film at twice the normal rate. Consumption will keep film alive and well ... not good intentions.

Presuming that it is, or could be made light-tight, one would have to be seriously lacking in creativity or DIY talent to not be able to figure a way to put some serious lenses on the front of this camera.
I'm thinking the price is worth the entry fee to get a base camera that one could upgrade substantially.
I can justify that price for a base camera to work with. After all, I've spent more money for many used MF and folding cameras that had little potential for becoming more than they were designed to be.
