Classy! I would caution you AGAINST opening the design ideas to everyone unless you want to spend some time selecting a winner. This one takes the first idea to another level. Two for me.

Patina is for metal only and is more specific to environmental degradation or change (the dulling of brass, the greening of copper); and beausage covers everthing else..even, I'd say, brassing and---well, wear marks in gen'l.
