whos fast & reasonable for CLA on collapsible Elmars 9cm

I have two 9cm collapsible Elmars. Youxin says he does not do them. I need them redone fairly fast, any ideas who to send them to. I'am on the west coast USA. Thank's

Sherry Krauter just did mine, it took 3-4 weeks total. Looks like -new- it's amazing. Also Essex Camera Repair or Eddie Smolov. All these are sources on the East coast, however.
