Why rangefinders? Because for me they are the best of the worse. All cameras are a compromise. Rangefinders offer me the fewest compromises for the way I like to work. And the camera will dictate to some degree the way you need to work. Cameras, like most things, are simply personal preference. They will not gurantee better work; that is still the photographer's job.
