Wide lens with most glow/bloom

Hi everyone. I'm seeking a wide lens (25 or 28, ideally) that has a glow/bloom in the highlights wide open. I have the Nikkor 3.5cm f1.8 and 5cm f1.4 and love the dreamy glow they produce. The Nikkor 2.5cm and 2.8cm are tempting but are obviously slower. Read good things about the Leitz Leica Elmarit 28mm f2.8 version 2. I use a Sony a7R3 with a Voigtlander VM-E close focus adapter. Someone I know picked up one of the older Nikon 35mm F2 lenses and the glow was strong enough for them to get rid of it. Think it was the Nikkor-O 35mm F2
 
I don't own one, but in looking through images posted on this website years ago, I recall that some images from the C/V 28mm f1.9 (v1 of the now f2 version) had some glow when shot wide open.

Perhaps some owners of that lens can confirm that it does glow a bit.
 
Go for the M-Rokkor 28mm. It will not disappoint you. I has that particular glow/bloom in the highlights wide open, while it still is sharp open
Bloom in highlights and incredible details with soft light, both Monochrome and colour M.

For some time I have been seeking a film emulsion that has natural halation, meaning the effect is less dependent on the lens, but amplified if you wish.

Or what about a nice silver finish film pressure plate.

I get the ultrafine films had some natural halation. Check out the thread on here for some samples.
