I am not sure about Europe. I was looking myself (I am located in Finland) and ended yp contacting Precision Camera in US. They were very quick in replying. At the end I decided I don't need the service for now, but when/if I need I will probably send to them:

I don't know personally how competent he is regarding the Widelux, but I know him as a excellent Exakta repairman, and he lists the Widelux (and other panoramics) as within his competence: http://www.kameraservice-ostkreuz.de/

try opening up the camera yourself! I did and was rewarded. I had did my own repair (replacement of turret post bumper) and my own CLA. My camera now works flawless. Banding and turret bumper related problem solved.
Jumboprawn.net still has invaluable information (little out there) although it looks like the pages have been abandoned. Copy the info while you can. http://jumboprawn.net/jesse/category/cameras/widelux/
No special tools were needed. Just your garden variety jewellers screw driver set for Philips and slot screws.
I have a Widelux F8 and all models are very similar.

I know the thread is really old now, but I was just wondering whether anyone actually managed to download an offline copy of this, especially the close focus mod??

I use this site:

they store server copies. I think I have chosen a date from 2009 where I found and copied some info I was interested in. I can send you the pdf for close up modification. It is not very detailed, but gives some basic steps...

Ah, that's really appreciated! After a bit of stumbling around and using less complex search terms, I ended up using "Wayback Machine", which I'm guessing does exactly the same job!
Thanks so much for pointing me in the right direction ☺️ Don't think I would have got there without your pointers! (I was actually emailing Jesse Conrad Newcomb who wrote the original article 😂😳)
