Will this work on a Contax/Kiev?

Obviously, it will fit in the accessory shoe, but you should be aware that there may be some problems w/framing accuracy as the Leica thread mount cameras, Contax II/III (& Kiev equivalents), & Contax IIa/IIIa have different heights & shoe positions (some centered over the lens, some off-set). Andrew Nemeth discusses some of these issues re: Leicas on his FAQ site:
