Shhhh. Some of the APUGers go ballistic if they even hear you *think* the D word ...

Gene

Hey, ALL my cameras are digital cameras! What do YOU use to press the shutter release, your nose?

This is going to be one hell of a party.... Wellington Brewery is providing the beverages.

Gak! As in Wellington County, out of Guelph? That's... that's real beer! (Runs to map locker.) Toronto, Toronto... Isn't that somewhere near Bobcaygeon?

This may make me seriously reconsider my hatred of travel.

Now to my understanding the APUG conference will be semi nomadic because not everyone will be able to make it to Toronto. We do have the privilage of being an airline hub hence we are a 5 hour flight from the West Coast North America and Europe.
I volunteered because I want to see the conference to be a total success and I want it to reverbate around the industry and to gain experience in Public Relations promoting a hobby/passion that is near and dear to my heart.

Bill

Great to hear it may be a semi-nomadic event, Bill.
Toronto for 3 days is just too dear for me.
Now, when will it come to Amsterdam? 😛

Biggles: Yeah, Wellington County is indeed REAL beer. My favourite is Arkel Best Bitter, but I wouldn't decline any of their brews.

Gene: Jays would be fun, but the Leafs will be in a hot and heavy playoff run! Good luck on getting tickets for that, eh? 😀 :bang:

Lets not forget Amsterdam Brewing, Mill Street Brewing, Port Credit Brewing out of Mississauga and Trafalger Brewing here in Oakville which ironicly while available in Toronto on tap, its not in Oakville🙁. There is decent beer in the GTA along with some decent pubs, which we in the Toronto Group are slowly making the rounds.

As I have stated before this is going to be one hell of an event ,so as the saying goes, book now while you can. I have been on tour of Elevator and its the real deal.
