The pre-war model is quite "rare" based on the low production numbers.

yes i saw that production number few months ago - i cant find it now but i remember it was around 5000 pieces. and it is very strange - they dont get high prices even with that low production number. it seems that there are not so many collectors of retina cameras...

My IIa's frame counter is bust. Are you breaking or selling the whole thing?

Either way I could be interested.

I did not see this last week: what is wrong with the frame counter? Getting the mechanism back on is a trick. I use dental floss to hold back the clutch while putting the film advance/counter mechanism back in place.
