**please move if this is in the wrong place**

Just thought I'd post some shots of something I made today. I recently acquired a Canon Serenar 50mm f1.5. It is similar to my Jupiter8 in size and had the same push button focus lever. it's not the most comfortable thing to use on a larger lens. I looked in to third party lens tabs and short of strapping a rubber band round my shiny silver lens there weren't many options.
On the Canon LTM lens the focus lever and infinity lock screw can be unscrewed, which is very useful. I used the lens a couple of times and found although very smooth, the infinity focus lock just got annoying, it would snap in just when I didn't want it too.
So here is my solution.
I removed the focus button and attached a screw through the plate to hold the tab in place, I've glued this in place simple because I didn't have the patience to hunt a very particular size and thread screw.

I did a similar mod on my tiny Canon 35mm f/2 back when I owned it. I used a piece of 3/8" plexiglass and some 3M double sided outdoor use tape to attach it to the barrel. Worked great for over a year and I sold it like that.
