Woohoo! Found two more rolls of Neopan 1600

Was in a local photo store today and guess what I found: two unused unexpired rolls of my favorite fast black and white film--Neopan Presto 1600!

What a great day!

Brings my stash back up to 8 rolls!

(I remember some of you RFFers bought bricks and bricks of the stuff before it was discontinued!)

Discontinued films seem to stay available for months and months in the UK (OK, Jersey isn't technically the UK, hence no VAT).

Not only Neopan 1600, but also Velvia 135-36 for cheaper than anywhere else in the EU I've seen.

question for the experts, is there such a big difference between Neopan 1600 and Neopan 400@1600 pushed?

I wonder how old 1600 Neopan has to be before it starts to develop a base fog?

I'd be using it ASAP personally because I read somewhere that it has nowhere near the shelf life of a 400 film.

The rolls I bought in Lyon are dated good until next summer...and probably a bit longer!

I still have 60 rolls in my fridge, which were meant to be for sale, but I ended up keeping them. I have an endless supply of 400 though.

This is only for UK, Ireland and Channel Islands?
Any other source that ships to the other half of the dome? (preferably in bulk)
