Would you send your refurb back for alignment ...

Difficult call. A lot of people report they've gotten them back from Epson still messed up, sometimes differently or worse, but it's free. DAG charges for it but he'll do it right. Personally I'd get familiar with doing it myself because from reports it happens even after it's been adjusted by no matter who.

BTW was yours spot-on when you got it a week ago and has since gone out of whack or has it been out of whack all along?

It was out when I got it.

Obviously Epson can't really get this right or the re-furbs (like mine) would be adjusted properly before being sent out which they aren't (like mine).

Hey coming to this Forum gave me the $155 coupon off so even sending it to DAG I'm still ahead of the regular Epson re-furb price! ;-)

I'd pay for it myself and get it done right the first time. Epson is a crap shoot, and it's not like we're talking alot of money here.
