You guys are in Europe... that makes things difficult.
Is it for an old Leica? M3, M2 or M4? Is it for a newer one, like an M6 and forwards?
If it's for an early one, look into eBay. For a more recent body, write to your local Leica representative. They may give you a spare. Good luck!
