I don't know if anyone on RFF has seen these yet, but member Anton Orlov recently made a nice discovery when he purchased a French stereoscopic camera from an L.A. antique store. It contained a number of developed glass plates apparently taken in France during WWI and forgotten for decades. The link to the story and images is on Anton's site at http://thephotopalace.blogspot.com.br/2013/01/french-wwi-images-found-still-in-camera.html and can also be found at http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...s-WWI-France-inside-antique-store-camera.html

Anton is a great guy who owns and operates the Photo Palace mobile darkroom bus, as well as Rollov Film Center, the only rental darkroom facilities here in San Diego. He's also a member of our local Leica User's Group, so if anyone in the San Diego area is looking for a group to meet up with we're at http://www.facebook.com/LeicaSanDiegoClub?ref=stream
