We just this week finished our new Nikon X-Pan prototype film holder. Had to overcome the Nikon 8000/9000 firmware limitations.
This is a six frame holder (two strips of three frames). Will scan three Xpan frames in a batch.
In the process of working on this scanner project I caught the X-Pan bug, and ordered myself a camera from Adarama.
Words can not describe my excitement of getting my hands on this camera.

One frame or six frames
The Nikon FH-869GR is a great holder for X-Pan, however like our single frame holder it is slow, loads only one frame at a time.
Our new holder loads six Xpan frames. It should help in scanning larger batches.

No photo's of the ugly prototype, and no documentation.
We hope to have a finalized version ready in a week or two.
