Yes, and the original email I quoted was direct from Fuji.

The offer does appear to be based on the purchase being from dealers on Fuji's list, whose prices are closer to the official list than others. So the saving on the whole kit may not be as great as it looks.

I was looking into this too but I've decided to stay away from digital for the moment. I spoke to a chap at Devon Cameras and he said the promotion has been very popular. Note that the purchase must be before the end of october, and the itemised receipt should be sent with the appropriate promotion form before mid November. When it came down to it I was going to end up with the lenses that I don't really want. I'm waiting for those on the Fuji roadmap if I do go digital again.
