X-Pro1 small problem

I recently bought a new XP1 and updated the firmware to Ver. 3.40. I am not a newcomer to Fuji and I had an XP1 before.


Whenever I switch on the camera for a new photo session the settings revert to something other than my most recent settings, for instance AUTO ISO 1600 reverts to ISO 200 and film simulation Velvia goes to Standard.


What am I missing?

sounds like the update didn't take...wasn't that a problem reported before the update?

I first thought maybe it has something to do with a custom function being enabled. But I played around with mine and cannot repeat your problem. Sorry, I'm stumped too.

You could try a factory reset by menue.

Doesn't make sense.. I would also try a factory reset via the menu system as well..

Yeah, the update registered as good. I'll try the reset and move on from there. Thanks.

All the settings are retained now. I must have done an inadvertent reset or hit a wrong button. Everything's good. Thanks for the comments.
