Really like the wrist strap . . . where did it come from?my chinese copy adapter and hood have arrived...the hood on the adapter was a bit too loose for my liking so i add a touch of glue to each tab...stuck on good now!!

Joe,
Sweet! Well done.
By the way, for others that may buy the non-OEM adapter and hood, I found that simply putting a tiny bit of gaffer's tape on one of the adapter lugs makes the hood fit perfectly snug... no looseness at all.

I have the 'clone' and a less drastic fix is to gently squeeze the slits on the hood and this tightens up the fit such that you can still remove it.
^ I have done the same method of tightening up the slop/fitment on a couple X100(s) owned by family/friends.
* Gently Squeeze tab/bar towards the end of the hood at each lug slit inwards towards the hood. Sloppy fit made perfect on these generic hood/adapter copies.

I just got my too expensive official Fuji hood and adapter today. it fits tight, looks good, just one thing I didn't think of, it prevents use of lens cap. oh well - it does look cool and that's the whole point, right ?
If you want to use a lens cap I have found that you can generally buy one (Tamaron are good for this) that will clip to the installed hood. I do this with some of my Leica lenses and it works well.

Yep, just bend the slits so that the hood fits tighter. Mine is perfect like this, and no glue or gaffer tape required.

I gorilla-glued my clone hood. It was $20, I didn't mind unscrewing the whole thing the few times I wanted to take the hood off.

The half case (comes with attachable top) is a chinese knockoff but looks nice and feels great. Only cost me $20
The soft release I found on an old SLR at a thrift shop. Feels/looks great on the Fuji.
Lens Hood is official
Now all I need is a Thumbs Up
