Hey Guys!
I have an X100T, and I was wondering if there is any difference in auto focus speed between the EVF and OVF.
I am asking, because I have noticed faster auto focus with the EVF than the OVF.
Also, I have also noticed that Auto focus is faster when the mini EVF is being used WITH the OVF.
Is there any legitimacy to my claims? I may be completely wrong, but it seems auto focus is indeed faster when the smaller EVF is used in conjunction with the OVF.

Why would it? The display used is independent of the AF mechanism.

Try it! See if you notice anything. Maybe I'm crazy.

The AF for OVF and EVF may or may not behave similarly depending on the AF menu parameters as well as the contrast of the intended focus region.
Also, in some circumstances the OVF parallax-correction estimate error is relevant. The intended OVF and EVF focus regions may not be precisely identical. In my experience EVF is the proper mode for critical focusing.
Both EVF and OVF usage have advantages and disadvantages.

it's not scientific but yes, I also felt like the EVF faster than the OVF on my X100 and when I had the X100s.
IMO though it's probably more because on the EVF you see exactly what's in focus.

And how about when using the smaller mini EVF WITH the OVF?
I've noticed it is faster the same way it is faster when using JUST the primary EVF.
I find auto focus is faster WITH mini EVF + OVF than with JUST the OVF.
Yes, I have all the higher energy and speed modes turned ON.
Fast start up, high performance etc.
Thoughts?

I've noticed the same thing. My OVF focuses MUCH faster with the little EVF corner window displayed. I leave the corner window up all the time now because of the speed difference.
I tried repeated controlled tests and the difference is clear.

Have you tried Power Management > OVF Power Save Mode = OFF?
I found that AF with OVF, especially when repeatedly trying to focus on the same target (i.e., half-pressing shutter multiple times), improves with this set to OFF.
