Where should i ask to get my 30mm finder bubble level replaced ? Preferably in EU, but seems difficult so anything will do. I have already asked Fuji customer service, hasselblad.co.uk, hasselblad.se and none of these have responded at all. Hasselblad-reparaties.nl did respond, but didn't have the spares available... Is this normal Hasselblad customer service that they don't respond at all ? It's my first time dealing with them.

I live in Ireland and in order to get Hasselblad to do any repairs I have to go through a Hassy dealer. So I give it to a dealer, they send it to Sweden, Sweden fixes, sends it back to dealer, and dealer sends it to me! Not sure why they don't deal with customers direct. But anything Hasselblad fixes, is crazy expensive.
Regarding the bubble level, can you not just pick up & use a cheap hotshoe level? That's what I use even with the 30mm viewfinder, just sit it on top...best €2 you'll ever spend! I've never used my 30mm viewfinder bubble level.

You can buy a replacement bubble for $1.50
Actually, I don't use any, just look at the built-in framelines and I never have a problem

The 1,5$ plastic bubbles won´t work because they are not transparent but have a white (usually) base.
But today i got a message from a local Hasselblad dealer. When they asked from Sweden, there is spares available... I guess i´ll send it there then, even though i´m a bit worried about the price and can´t help wondering how they can not give a price estimate for such a simple job.

The local dealer got me the spare from Sweden. Cost for the part, 140€. Before that, after asking for it the second time i got an estimate for the replacement done in Sweden, 400€ !! Replacement was quite simple. Four attempts of rearranging the shims and 1 hour later the finder is good again

Seeing that the Hasselblad X-Pans were made by Fuji, rebranded Fuji TX-1 and TX-2. I might try to contact them. But I doubt they would even be able to help you as these are out of production. Better yet, try Japan Camera Hunter - http://www.japancamerahunter.com/. They might be able to help you out, either repair or source a new finder if you wish.
