Hi all,
Quick question, does your Xpan lens focus past infinity? I am able to get both lenses in focus just before (about 1mm for the 90mm and slightly less for the 45mm) I hit the end of the focus ring turn on the lens at the infinity mark.
Also, how acurate should Xpan's rangefinder be? When focusing on an object that's placed at 1 meter - based on the markings on the lens the actual film plane-to-object distance is slightly more, about 1m2.5cm for the 90mm and about 1m1.5cm for the 45mm. The discrepancies seem to increase with the increase of film-plane to object distance.
Many Thanks!

Sounds like your rf needs adjustment... it's covered in a few threads on this forum. My rangefinder has been very accurate for me after I adjusted it.
