Xpan Scam?

I was checking out an XPan II that had no bids on it - which sounded fishy:

In the description the seller says contact him before buying. I did and here's what he said:
The buy it now price is 900$.The item is in United Kingdom (i just moved here with my wife beceause i want to open a business with my father-in-law).
I want to tell you that I want to make a secure transaction through eBay...its safe, fast, easy and also legit.
To be able to complete the transaction I need all your details:
Full name and address:..........
eBay User Id:...........
Phone number:.........
Item number#:........
As soon as I receive this info from you I will start this transaction through eBay.
They will send you an e-mail with all the instructions that you must follow to close this deal with me.
Just I told you...this is legit..through eBay...they will approve my transaction after they will check my full name and address.
So..if you`re interested please e-mail me with all these details.

Definitely a scam.
Also seller in the UK item in the USA, looks like an an hijacked account.

complete scam,ignore and whatever is said do not send any money,I had a similar one on an M6 I won on ebay a couple of weeks ago.Bad english and requesting western union transfer.I also received numerous emails from fake ebay security sites saying what a great and safe seller he was and how well protected you are.In the end I reported it and then received an email threatening me. I think for any transaction with high value items the best way is to pick up yourself. Saying that though,my seller said thats what he preferred but then made excuses after auction ended.

And he is still busy scamming (he likes XPans). See my post today (12/20) and the copy of the "EBay guarantee" EBay allegedlly sent me. EBay took him out (he had several items posted) after I reported him but he will be back.
