The ONE thing you need to be aware of with the Fuji system is that the auto focus will not be as fast as it is on your Nikon D200. It's improving but that is the one thing that you will miss. In my case, if I need to shoot moving animals, then it's DSLR time, for everything else Fuji does the job superbly.
I just say this because you mentioned selling all of your existing kit first - instead, go to a shop and play with the xp1 - there is probably even a shop in Florida that will rent you one for a day against the purchase price. Once you get used to the slower focus, it's like transporting yourself back to the 60's in terms of creativity and freedom from the weight 🙂
