xpro1 yellow cast on overexposed images

I have had this cream/green phenomenon on the RAW files where the highlights have blown out. Instead of a white out, I get this strange patch of colour.

I had the same problem,

I've downloaded trail version of SILPIX Developer studion and check same file; The green/cream artefacts disappear.

I've asked SILKYPIX and they confirmed that they used different engine for bundled software and there main product

Here the quote from SILKYPIX letter
----------
1. Does you new software Development Studio 5 using the same Raw File
Converter as I have ?

"RAW FILE CONVERTER" that came with the Fujifilm's camera
and the product version of "SILKYPIX Developer Studio Pro5" is
a different program.

And a development engine is also differs.

"RAW FILE CONVERTER" is restricted to only work
with RAW or JPEG files associated to the Fujifilm digital camera
with which it was supplied.

And the Product version of "SILKYPIX Developer Studio Pro5" is
the product which can handle the RAW files of
the other digital camera including Fujifilm's digital camera.

Interesting, I have never seen this on a Camera before. Certainly no sign of it on the X100, or any of my Canons.

At least I have found a way of getting over the problem. I reckon it would be nice to have some sort of decent RAW software from Adobe. The lack of this is causing some of us some problems for sure. My work flow is usually very straight forward, but I am having to go all round the houses at the moment to get my pictures to a saleable condition.
