Hi,

what's the word on this couple? Dev chart says 9 1/2 min @ 20 deg C for 35mm. Anyone tried this? Can I assume the same time for a 120 roll?

Thanks and regards
Ivo

What dilution????????????? 9 1/2 minutes sounds right for a starting place with 1:1 dilution.

I'm using Xtol 1:3 for HP5+ in a Jobo tank with continuous agitation for 10 minutes. I love it! I put my first roll ever of Efke R25 120 through Xtol 1:3 + Rodinal 1:100 last night. Preliminary findings look promising.

Where's Todd.Hanz? I think he has 120 Acros and Xtol wired.

ps: The Kodak data sheet for Xtol (downloadable PDF file) lists modern T-grain ISO 100 films in the 9-10 minute range. You can get the old data sheet with 1:2 and 1:3 times in German here:

http://wwwfr.kodak.com/AT/plugins/acrobat/de/professional/xtolEntwickler.pdf

and more Xtol info here:

Good stuff. Use a lot of it!

sorry - totally forgot to mention 1+1. Fuji data sheet only mentions XTOL stock dilution. So I guess I take the plunge with 9 1/2.

I quite like Neopan 400, so I thought I give the 100 a try. Let's see when I find time to process the roll.

Thanks and regards

Ivo
