sat morning yard sale find. Voigtlander Vito CL. It has a 50mm f2.8 lens. Shutter speeds B-1/500, built in meter and it's a zone focus camera. Cost me 2 bucks with the eveready case.

Nice! I really like guess-focus, and if that meter works, it's a cool setup to meter separate like that. Since that's a 50 instead of the more common for asian cameras 35 focal length, you may have to be pretty good at guessing! Or just use 400 film and stop down, which is almost the only thing stores have now anyway.

I was led to believe those things don't happen... But I'm glad it happened to you. I've never been lucky, at least in that sense.

I did find an Argus in an estate sale... 🙂

This camera is a rangefinder, not zone focus. I had one and...er...lost it(?) somewhere. The patch was very dim, though, and I had to do the tape trick. The lens is pretty good, though.

I kinda wish it was a range finder but alas ya take what ya can find. I thought it was a range finder at first and for the 2 bucks I took it and ran before looking at it to closely. Oh don't know how many toy collectors are out there but I missed the box of tin toys (large fire truck and army tank ect ect) for 10 bucks.

Haha. Vito CLR. R=rangefinder. Probably one of the last of the line.

Crap...now I want another one.

The lens is great on this camera. You won't be disappointed. I believe the lens is at least the same that was on mine.
