I just received a nice Yashica AF with a 38MM F2.8 lens w/case. It's one of the early AFs, and I'm curious regarding its capabilities. It apparently hasn't been used for a while and the shutter button stayed down after tripping the shutter. I lubed it and fired the shutter for 25-30 times and it now appears to be working correctly. I loaded it up is some Kodak 400 Ultramax and will fire off a few frames tomorrow. It operates similar to the early Canon AF cameras but this one does have a focus lock button on the front, so you don't have to switch it to self timer to lock the focus as you do with the Canons. I'll post some pics later this week. Has any one out there used one of these Yashicas previously?
