At first I thought this vignetting was due to a lens hood I'd borrowed from a Konica Autoreflex.

But the next roll, sans hood, revealed the very same issue.

I mean, it's a nice effect and all, but I'd rather have a choice in the matter :D

3rd roll, same issue. Foolishly, I don't recall apertures, save for this shot.

Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this? Seems to be the worst when stopped down.

Thanks!

No filters, no nuthin'. The B/W roll was a test roll with this issue in mind- nothing was up front- no fingers, either :D

Strange problem, eh?

You should never have put that Konica hood on it Rose ... it didn't like it!

It has to be the shutter ... surely!

Nice photos though! :)

Ha! That's too funny! And very cool- never would have thought of that. New series... me and my periscope :D

Probably is the shutter having trouble. Wouldn't surprise me after 40 years. Really nice camera, though. My boyfriend found it at a Goodwill for $5.99. I never find deals like that :bang:

It's going on a trip to Idaho to see Dean Williams on Monday.
