Go to ebay and search for the seller name "interslice". Jon Goodman is the actual name behind the light seal kit. He has a kit of 9.99 that is great. Without any prior experience I've successfully replaced the light seals on four cameras, including a GSN. Great kit, fast service, excellent instructions. Also check out http://www.kyphoto.com/classics/sealreplacement.html which has his instructions online.

Yes, his kit is very good. I like the tool especially. I got the cheaper kit, which is enough for at least 5 GSNs...make sure you use a very sharp knife to cut the foam, otherwise the foam with roll up and stick to itself. I find it easier to start cutting from the paper backing side (not the foam side).

Great advice to start on the paper side. A metal ruler comes in handy too. I also found that scissors worked well for the shorter pieces.

Thanks all, problem solved will be bidding or BIN a kit tonight just hope i dont make a hash of it as i have a QL17 that could do with new seals too.
