Yashica J front element only

Anybody have a parts Yashica J?

I need the front element. Undo the inner threaded ring and it falls out. Mine has fungus damage. i tried the ammonia and hydrogen peroxide clean, but the glass is etched.

I also need the cold shoe for the top of the camera, and maybe it has a couple screws to hold it in?
