I picked one of these up on Ebay in the UK last year.No rangefinder, but I was attracted by it's Yashinon 38mm/2.8 lens.It has auto exposure with a top shutter speed of 650,and manual focussing using four symbols.
The original recommended battery was 1.3v,EP-675E,or RM-675R.Can anyone tell me the modern battery equivalent. Also does anyone know when the history of the camera, and when it was on the market etc..
Cheers,
Brian.

Many thanks both, that's a great help!!
I took the battery details from a copy of a user manual, but it looks as though an LR 44 will do the trick,so I'll get one tomorrow.
I was thinking that this may be a good starter camera for my eldest granddaughter in a couple of years. She almost 5,and someone gave her a Barbie Doll fixed focus camera last Xmas.Since when she has shot 4 films, with increasing efficiency, and seems to love the whole thing!
Thanks again,
Brian.

Fitted an LR 44,and she came back to life!Hopefully our sunny weather will continue for a while so that I can give her a run out.
