I haven't been able to find a fairly-priced Yashica T4 so am about to concede and buy a Yashica T2 under $100. Before I do that, I would really like to know what are the differences between the two cameras because I haven't been able to get much information on this.

Thanks!! And if you do have a Yashica T4 that you're willing to let go, I'll be happy to negotiate! Thanks in advance! :)

By the way, I posted this in the Yashica RF as well.

Just last week a friend gave me a Yashica T...it has the CZ Tessar T* 35mm 3.5 lens...
I'm almost done with the first roll (Arista 400 ASA) Can't wait to see how they turn out...I shot some of the roll @200ASA and the rest @400 just to see how it does...

I've seen a few T4s on ebay...

The T4 is a sweet camera. I got one when they came out. It gathered dust for years during my evil digital years, but recently pulled it out. It is my "glove compartment" camera. A few pics.

never used the T2, but I did at one time have a Yashica T3. The differences between that and the T4 were mostly 1) the size... the T3 (and T2 from what I've seen) are quite a bit bulkier than the T4, and 2) the lens, the T3 had a 35mm f/2.8 zeiss, the T4 has a f/3.5.

The T3 and T4 both had the weatherproofing, I'm not sure about the T2?

hope that's somewhat useful.
