yellow streaks on C-41 film

and some other recent color photos in my flickr stream. Yellow (or orange?) streaks more or less parallel to the frame. Raw scans were less saturated and have them more pronounced.

Is this the lab, the film (Agfa Vista 100, long before expiration), the scanning (unlikely, my Coolscan 5000ED has never had problems)?
 
My knee-jerk reaction is processing related. Roller transport or dip and dunk?

It is the first time I tried this lab... Saw them close to the place where I work. They seem to have a Fuji Frontier minilab. And, this is no drug store, a dedicated photo lab, so I would expect them to know what they are doing.

I gave the place another try this week, and the same streaks... Anybody knows if this can come from Fuji minilab? Will have to try elsewhere now.
 
It seems to be the film after all. I tried a roll of fresh Ektar with the same lab, and no streaks. So it is the whole batch of Agfa Vista 100 that has the defect.
