I cannot find a source for Berg's Yellow Toner any more. I inquired, and after about a month was told that there are patent issues that prevent it being sold in the US. Yeah, right. I contend that it is blocked due to the hazardous nature of the ingredients.
I have developed a yellow toner, but it is two bath, and uses chemicals you do not want to come in contact with. Here is an example (albeit in my own, strange style. Just look at the colors, OK?):
