"Yes! Money has finally bought me talent [...]"

i suppose that navy seals who retire as officers might be able to afford such a camera, but they would not use their service in 'net handles or as stage names ... :)

but if i were her husband, i'd certainly want a good p&s like the titanium m9 to shoot photos of all of those lovely children ... :)

I don't frequent sites like O M G or anything..but I'd be interested to hear what seal had to say about RFs. Or see some random pic.

Seal buying this is like many of us buying a hamburger... to put things in perspective. Good for him... he is a true camera geek apparently and doesn't make bad photos, so I think it's cool.

He Ben (Mesti3k) you should check out Seal's profile here....I think his user name is Ascender or something similar.....He did post a photo a awhile ago when he first got his .95 Noctilux.....if I remember correctly, the photo was of a lollipop stand.....and I am pretty sure that he explained that he couldn't post a lot of his personal photos because of who his family is....and I totally understand him.....I think he also mentioned a cool story about when he got his MP titanium camera from hs friends who work at Leica.....the guy is a fan of Leica cameras and a very talented artist....and I imagine he must make some nice images with his cool cameras.......he seems like a cool guy....

cheers, michael

The tragedy would be if you spend all that money and talent still remind elusive... Like in an alternate universe HCB buys a Leica and never learns how to frame.

he is an official leica spokesperson...i doubt he spent a penny of his own money on that kit.

come now, we don't know anything about how he got that thing. we don't really know anything about him either. there are people here with the cake and those without, they all belong (key cheesy music).

the guy is GIVING away an M9! for that very act alone i salute him. i have also done the celebrity circuit and the thing that caught me off guard is how hard and fast these folks go. they work very, very hard.

enjoy that m9 Ti i say.

I don't know, and it doesn't really matter to me either.
on the other hand, why give away a camera for promotion, when the camera is sold out and no longer in production?
