You just have to love the Zeiss Ikon ZM...

An awesome little camera that I have not used since my Rolleiflex 3.5F arrived. Will have to correct that oversight without delay. It just moved up in line to right behind the ESII.

Now, lets see, what have I done with that little Super Triplet Perar 28/4?

Concur with all the positive comments on the ZM; I finished putting a roll through it this week, the first film I shot since cataract surgery. In the past I must have used my reading glasses when shooting with it (purchased the body used). I had bifocals with me when shooting this latest roll and found that I had to tilt my glasses up so I could focus using the closeup lens part of my glasses - very cumbersome. Then, on impulse I took a look at the eyepiece and attempted to unscrew what I though could be a screw-in diopter lens; It screwed right out; now I can focus with my normal uncorrected vision, i.e., without glasses.

Nikon diopters will fit on the ZM, I've got a -4.0 on mine. Lately I've been shooting the ZM with a Perar 3.5/35 Super Triplet II that I traded for a 7Artisan lens. Can't make up my mind whether I should keep it or not, already got the Biogon 2.0/35. But I will never sell the ZM!
