Your favourite colour film for post war folders ?

Sadly what would be my favourite film for viewfinder folders doesn't exist - Ektar 400. I love the colour palette, contrast and sharpness of Ektar through vintage lenses, but the 100ISO doesn't cut it for keeping the lens stopped down so I can get a good depth of field.

Debating alternatives for a holiday with a Zeiss Ikon Nettar and Voigtlander Vito II. What colour film would you take ?

I've used Lomography's 800 in my Nettar a few times and have been happy with the result. AFAIK it's rebranded Gold 800 in 120.

Yes I've liked the lomo 800 too, but would suggest shooting it at 400. A cheaper and sharper option for a folder is the Lomo 400. A surprisingly natural palate through my isolette apotar with frontier scan.
