Not my camera but I was holding it for a friend while we were in a book shop and I took this:

Nice photos. At what ISO are you taking the Pan 50 when using Hc110? I have been using rodinal rated at 25 or diafine rating at 80 but haven't really experimented with Hc110 yet. I would probably start with box speed and dilution H semistand, but am curious how you got your results...

I use it at box speed (50) and develop for 5.5mins in HC-110 1+47. I have also used 1+49 for 8 minutes and got practically the same results under Godfrey's evil influence as he reckons just about any B&W film can be acceptably developed with this regimen. This is 8 minutes with 1+49:

Thanks I'll give it a try!

I tried out a new film today, as I discovered I had one more roll of Velvia, I had to order another E6 kit and seven rolls of film to use it all up (it will do eight films). The only slide film in stock at Argentix was Rollei Crossbird 200, which is a slide film especially good in cross-processing, but is said to be OK in E6, although somewhat grainy. The film canisters actually say 'colour negative film' and 'process in C-41' presumably to convince a lab that it is OK to throw it in the C-41. Anyway, it is a bit grainy and the colours are strongly pre-disposed to yellow and green, but a little work and I have them pretty normal. I wouldn't recommend it if you have the choice of Velvia, but since I didn't...
