Not quite there on the dev I think (1+100 Adonal stand, 1 hr. @ 17C), but it's a start. All through the SMC Takumar 55/1.8.

That's a cracking shot, Richard.
I'm a serious sucker for photographs of horses, there's something magnificent about them.

They are nice! We are going to put the horns on instead of the cleaners though. We put in the cams from a '65, the triple carbs, ford T5 (5-speed trans) super lightweight flywheel, ported, polished, bored, over sized pistons, custom headers and exhaust, re-geared rear end. Shes a monster

Althekiller is it a4.2 block , have you hadit on a dyno .Over the years i've had a few jags so I find this very interesting , I always wanted to tune a straight 6 jag but in the end went the easy way out and got a straight 6 turbo Skyline .

It started as a 4.2 but I think with all the work its sitting around 4.9l now. We have not had it on a dyno yet. It needs new tires then we will have the opportunity to take it to the Circuit of the Americas for a track day. There is a dyno trailer there that we will be able to run it on as well. Just waiting for the old carbs and trans to sell which will be our tire money and some body work

Sorry for the late response... thank you. And I agree about horses. Which is fortunate as my daughter rides and I spend a lot of time at the stable as a result...!

Thanks for all the details on the E-type. Lovely series of photos too, although I have to say that your photo of that V12 Vantage is splendid. I love the old Jags but find the modern ones irresistibly stylish too.

From this weekends Formula One Grand Prix in Shanghai/ China:
Congrats to Lewis Hamilton it truly was his weekend:
A big THANK YOU at Jon, who helped my neck and shoulders - and no I didn't get a good massage, but those straps really saved me lugging gear all weekend long
