Zeiss 25 Biogon on M8 - Framelines

I'm looking to buy a ZM 25 but I hear that the earlier models bring up the 28mm frame lines instead of the 24mm/35mm frame lines. How can I tell if the lens I buy will bring up the 24mm / 35mm frame lines? I'm buying online so I have no way of checking.

Are there certain serial #s that can tell me if the ZM 25 is of the batches that bring up the "right" framelines?

Hi, as i recall the camera brings up framlines for 24mm and 35mm lenses, together.
But i never used 24mm lenses on it...

If it brings the 28mm eq FL you´ll have 36.4 fov instead of the 24mm (25mm) FL that would be 32.5 fov....that´s a difference of 4mm focal length, i would say it´s marginal at the moment of shooting...

Thanks a lot for the help. I decided to look for a new copy to be sure it pulls up the 24/35 frame lines.
