Zeiss 25mm Round Lens Hood Question

Can you keep the lens hood on the lens when not in use while the front cap is on? How about filters?

Can you keep the lens hood on the lens when not in use while the front cap is on? How about filters?

Yes. The shade bayonets onto the lens barrel over the filter and the cap clips onto the filter threads. Everything works fine.

The only time the shade should ever need to be removed would be to change filters.
