With C1 its best to keep sharpening off and noise reduction at a minimum. C1 can produce both oustanding film like results or plastic horrendously digital looking files with detail lost in a smeary watercolor effect depending on settings.

Thanks for the tip for coding the Biogon 35. I found your directions spot on. The actual chore took very little time and effort. Have you coded your 28mm Ultron yet?

I've not received my filters yet. There is a significant improvement since I upgraded the firmware to 1.092.

Glad to hear it worked for you. No, I haven't coded my Ultron yet but will try it when I get another Leitz 9cm LTM mount. You can't code the standard CV LTM mount because it is cut away in the areas that need coding. The old Leitz 9 cm LTM mounts work fine and I used one for my 21mm skopar, which is now hand coded. Sean Reid mentioned in his review of the 28's that the Ultron vignetting is rather minimal and coding may actually overcorrect in the corners.
