Zeiss Biogon 35 f2 or CV Nokton 35 f1.2 or Leica Summaron 35 f3.5

Hello!

I bought the R-D1s + ZM Biogon 35mm 2 months ago. I love the lens so much! However, I might not be able to produce any pics with the 3D or "pop-up" effects as mentioned.... [/URL]
... I have to disagree, IMHO, those are pretty poppy :D

I made extensive use of my Nokton on Friday doing some band photography. Not that happy with most of the shots because I really needed another stop, should have underexposed and pushed them in PhotoRaw. Virtually all these shots are wide open.

Out of them I think I like this the best:

I really don't know what to do about the Nokton, its so big and out of proportion I may sacrifice the speed for compactness in the form of the Biogon - I have the Canon 50mm f/1.2 for superfast but need the wide angle as well. Maybe a cron is the solution :s

Hi everybody! I was wandering about what lens buy and this reading helped me to decide. Finally i have purchased a new Epson R-D1s with a Carl-Zeiss Biogon T*35 f/2.

Great Decision!

I returned my Zeiss C Sonnar 50 f1.5 and will be ordering the 35 f/2 Biogon. The 50 f1.5 is a great lens but a little long, returning a 75mm (50 x 1.5x FOV) perspective.

A 35mm would be nice with a 52.5mm FOV.

Try the 15mm CV as well. Great lens if you look at what I just shot with it my my website link.
