No, I "messed with it" after scanning the negative. The ORWO itself, and the lens are a lot more normal, usually. It's a really nice all around film, I think. Usually I develop it in D76, but XTOL this time. This isn't really a good example of what the film looks like. If it normally looked like this, I am sure I would not use it.
The light in the windows was a little blown out to begin with, so I just made it "worse"
Worked for me, in this case.
