I am planning on using my Zeiss Super Ikonta C as my medium format camera. I'll get the local leather/shoe expert to build a belt held carrying case.
My concern is - if the shutter needs CLA'd - where would you folks suggest I send it?
I live in south central Ohio, United States.
TIA

Paul - i only know one person who can do it but he's in the netherlands.
Probably people brought up as rolleiflex repair persons could easily handle your super ikonta shutter, since these usually had the same shutters (compur versions). Ross Yerkes is a name I often hear from folks in the US. If you get no useful answer here, try it at photo.net, the "classic camera" forum.
Oh and there's jurgen kreckel alias certo6 on e-bay, who regularly offers cla'd and fully restored folders, maybe he accepts repair jobs too, dunno. Google him.
