Zeiss ZM 35 C-Biogon 2.8 & Juipter 12

Does Zeiss ZM 35 C-Biogon 2.8 has the same design as Jupiter 12? tks.

the Jupiter mounts much futher into the camera than the C-Biogon therefore I would assume they're different optical formulas. Why?
