Zeiss ZM + CV 2,5/35 -Framelines?

Hi,
I have a Problem with a Zeiss Zm and a Voigtlaender Color Skopar 2,5/35 (pancake version + m-mount) regarding the framelines.
Instead of the correct 35mm framelines the ones for 28+85mm are showing up. It seems, that the lens brings up the correct ones when set into the bayonet mount but switches to the 28mm ones when turned and locked.
Does anybody know a solution to this problem or has faced this error before?

Are the framelines correct for other focal lengths?

I have had a slight "overshoot" with a cheap screw-to-M adapter before, where part of the 90mm framelines came up with the 50mm ones. If your lens uses an adapter it sounds as if it is the wrong one or it is out of spec. A 35mm lens shouldn't actually bring any framelines into play; the VF should be the same as if no lens is fitted.

The lens was (repaired/)replaced and the combination is now working flawlessly.
It's highly probable that the first lens was assembled with the wrong bayonet ring.
