Well-known
The other days, in a walk at a local flea market, I have bought an almost mint Zenit-19 with a Helios-44M-7 lens on for 10 euros. I had not been interested on the Zenit-19, but actually for the lens that is also like new.
I have noticed though that the lens does not have click stops on the aperture ring. One can turn it all around smoothly from f/2 to f/16 without any intermediate stops. Is that how it should be, or the previous owner had it "hacked" like this?
It is o.k. for me, but I would like to know if this is how Helios-44M-7 had been manufactured.
