Zhou Half Case and Nikon S2

I seem to recall at least a couple of forum members that posted that the Zhou Half Case M series fit their S2. Can anybody confirm this and if so how was the fit? I left Gandy an email a few days ago asking the same question but no response (I would guess he is away for the holidays)...a

I saw this old posting and thought that I would answer the question. No. The lugs where the strap is attached fit above the case and the front is imperfect. I sure wish Mr. Zhou would make an S2 case.

Sorry Steve but since this is a resurrected thread...I did get a Zhou case(Leica if I recall) for the S2. Its not a perfect fit but not a bad fit for the money. The S2 is gone but the images remain

The case attaching flaps come over the strap eyelets so you can't fit the strap on the camera once the camera is in the case (or the reverse).

That looks an awful lot like my Nikon S2 Alexander

And yes the case fits nicely. I don't use it with a strap though - the case holds up the strap rings which interferes with the film advance.
